You pay in dollars

You pay in pounds

A quid over here

All cash over there

You know you can trust me

When I call you ‘sir’

The cash at cash box

Never ends

It multiplies and your pocket suspends

Nobody knows how it gonna go

I only know that you rather follow the flow

You pay in dollars

You pay in pounds

It is not good

But there is only that cloud

It may be filling you

With sort of a doubt

But I know it’s not necessarily true

But I have to checkĀ it out

If the bills are fine

You may have a good Shabbat in mind

I say ‘Good day’

And you may go your own way.
